MGR Accountants’ Sean Burke’s Recent All-Ireland Victory Featured in the Limerick Leader

LIMERICK ACCOUNTANT ON ALL-IRELAND WINNING TEAM

Limerick accountancy firm McKeogh Gallagher Ryan have presented  Galway Club St Thomas with a donation to recognise their success in winning the All-Ireland Club Championship.

This is because Sean Burke a member of the firm’s Corporate Recovery Team now works in Limerick.

Successful on the hurling pitch, as well as in business, Sean has won honours at various under-age levels, and captained Galway’s under 16 team county team in 2003.

Commenting on the achievement Eoin Gallagher, Partner with McKeogh Gallagher Ryan said: “This is a fantastic sporting and personal achievement for Sean. This was a hard-fought win and one St Thomas have been working towards for a number of years. Such success is only achieved with hard work and dedication, qualities Sean certainly demonstrates in everything he does. He is a credit to his club and his family and we are delighted that he is also part of our team in MGR Accountants.”

Mr Burke obtained a Bachelor of Corporate Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Masters in International Commercial Law from the University of Limerick.

He is undertaking the ACCA professional examinations and has over four years’ experience in corporate recovery and insolvency.
